Whats Next….You're wealthier than you think. Let's decide where to invest it time and energy.

You've always known what you were for. Now you get to decide what comes next.

Not just money. Decades of judgement, relationships, reputation and hard-won know-how. Aspire helps you see what you hold and put it to work in the next chapter.

How Aspire works

We don't do motivation. You've never been short of it. What you need is clarity about where to point it next.

Peer to peer. You'll be treated as what you are: a capable person with a serious decision to make. No worksheets about finding your passion. No pretending you haven't done this before.

Evidence first. We work from two kinds of evidence: the research on how later working lives are changing, and your own track record. Both are more persuasive than wishful thinking.

Wealth, properly understood. The word is rooted in the Old English weal: wellbeing, wholeness. Money is part of it. So are your judgement, relationships, health, time and reputation. Most experienced people hold far more than they've ever counted.

Someone who has made the crossing. I'm Michael Ellis-Bailey. I'm 67, and I'm still building. I've spent more than forty years in learning and development, coaching and building organisations across retail, education, technology, local government and the voluntary sector. I've navigated this crossing myself. I know where it gets uncomfortable, and I know what's on the other side.

The Next Chapter: 90-day coaching programme

Ninety days to turn what you've built into a clear, deliberate next move.

For experienced professionals, leaders and founders who have already exited. You still have the energy, insight and ambition, and you want to move into what comes next with intention rather than drift into it by default.

Built on a wider definition of wealth

Most of us were taught to measure wealth in one currency. The programme works across six: Time, Health, Relationships, Knowledge, Purpose & Work, and Peace. Money sits underneath them all. It's a powerful tool, but it can't substitute for any of them. You score yourself on all six on day one and again on day 90, so you can see what has actually moved.

How the 90 days run

  1. Clarity (days 1–30). Tell the truth and quieten the noise: your values, your steadiness, what matters now. You leave this phase with one priority focus.

  2. Foundation (days 31–60). Recognise the value you already carry, then redesign your week, your energy and your routines so the next chapter has somewhere to live.

  3. Movement (days 61–90). Find the language for what you're doing next, build the offer or project, have the conversations and take visible steps.

What's included

  • Six one-to-one coaching sessions: one to open and one to close each phase

  • Email and voice-note support between sessions

  • The Next Chapter workbook: ten modules, the wealth audit and a ten-minute weekly review

  • Virtual sessions last 50 minutes

What you leave with

  • A clear direction and one priority focus

  • A week designed around what matters

  • Visible progress, not just good intentions

  • A plan for the next 90 days

The Founders Blueprint

Before you sell, hand over or step back, find out how much of the business is really you.

For owners of founder-led businesses deciding what comes next: selling, passing it on, stepping back while keeping ownership, or protecting what you've built and carrying on. Still weighing it up is a perfectly good place to start.

Almost every founder-led business leans on its founder more than the founder realises. That isn't a criticism. It's what years of carrying the risk and holding it all together produces. But you can't move safely on any of those paths until you know exactly where the weight sits.

How it works

It starts with the Founder Dependency X-Ray. A private diagnostic across eight dimensions: clients, sales, decisions, delivery, operations, knowledge, culture and crisis. Your scores are weighted for the path you've chosen, because a dependency that would sink a sale may barely matter if you're stepping back. Twelve coaching sessions then turn that map into action: what to protect, what to change and where to begin.

The Next Chapter runs alongside in the first three months. It's foundational. The business question and the personal one can't be answered separately. Deciding whether to sell is easier when you know what you're moving towards, not only what you're leaving.

Built around your situation. The Blueprint typically runs over 12 months, but no two founders arrive in the same place. The pace, the order and the overlap between the two strands are shaped around your business and your life.

What's included

  • The Founder Dependency X-Ray and your weighted priority map

  • Twelve one-to-one Blueprint coaching sessions, typically over 12 months

  • The Next Chapter 90-day programme in the first three months, with its six coaching sessions

  • Email and voice-note support between sessions

  • Virtual sessions last 50 minutes

What you leave with

  • A clear direction for the business, and the plan to get there

  • A business that leans on you less, so its value isn't tied to your presence

  • Your own next chapter defined, not just the company's

Prefer to focus on the business alone? The Founders Blueprint can be taken without The Next Chapter: the X-Ray and twelve coaching sessions. We recommend both together, because the personal decision shapes the business one.

Already sold? Then there's no business left to X-ray. The Next Chapter is where to start.

Not sure which door you came through? That's what the first conversation is for.

[30] minutes, one to one with Michael. No pitch and no obligation: a straight conversation about where you are, what you're weighing up, and whether Aspire is the right fit. If it isn't, you'll leave with a clearer view anyway.

You've built something worth building on. So what's your next move?

Neither programme gives financial, legal, tax, pension or investment advice. Where those decisions come up, your coach helps you get clear on the questions to take to a regulated adviser.
